What size of apartments does Collegiate Village offer?
Fully furnished apartments are available in 1, 2, and 4 bedroom configurations. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and closet, and the apartment has a full kitchen and living room.
What does “fully furnished” mean?
Collegiate Village provides the following modern NEW furniture in each bedroom: full bed, mattress, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The living/dining room will have the following modern NEW furniture/fixtures: refrigerator, sink, cabinets and counters, oven/range, table with four chairs, sofa, side chair, end table and coffee table.
What is an individual lease?
Collegiate Village apartment leases are for each individual person in an apartment, not the apartment as a whole. This means you don’t have to worry about being held responsible for one of your roommate’s rent if they don’t pay.
If I don’t have roommates, what happens?
Don’t worry; you aren’t the only one who may not have a roommate in mind. At Collegiate Village, we have a great system for matching students together on various personality traits and interests. We’ll do the work to find you someone to live with.
What size are the beds?
The beds at Collegiate Village are full-size beds. You’ll want to plan your bedding and linens accordingly.
Where are the laundry facilities?
Each apartment has its own washer and dryer! You no longer have to cart your laundry to a common area laundry or worry about paying for each cycle.
Are Pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed at Collegiate Village.
