The Chason Affinity Companies began 90 years ago as Godfrey Realty Co., a developer, builder, owner and manager of residential real estate. In 1950, Godfrey built the Kensington Village Apartments on a large parcel of land, just a short drive from downtown Buffalo.

Today, after undergoing a major rehabilitation as well as the addition of a new 16,000 square foot community center, it has re-opened as Collegiate Village. Phase I of Collegiate Village is ready for occupancy now, and Phase II will open in 2010.

Strategically located within minutes of several area colleges and the University at Buffalo, Collegiate Village is Western New York’s only state-of-the-art regional campus. Our professional management team, including a Resident Life Director with staff, are focused on making living at Collegiate Village an exceptional experience. They are in tune with the different needs and expectations of residents ranging from freshmen to graduate students.
