Enjoy a healthy lifestyle at Collegiate Village’s Buffalo student apartments. Take advantage of a private, professional-quality fitness and workout area, gymnasium with a full-size basketball court, outdoor swimming pool, and a private road with sidewalks for walking and jogging.

The resident life department will organize intramural basketball or volleyball games, and other aerobic offerings according to resident interest.

You don't have to leave the Village to have fun. Our new 16,000 square foot student center is a combination of media entertainment, long-standing favorites like pool and shuffleboard or social events, making it a great place to meet people.

In The Lodge Room you can play a number of Wii games, get together with friends to play Cards, or just hang out. Electronic multi-media options are numerous. Watch a movie with friends in our exclusive HD, surround sound movie theater that includes plush leather recliners with tiered stadium seating accommodating up to 37 people. We also feature an HD gaming room with 4 X-Box stations, and a computer lounge where you have access to the internet and more!
