CV Move-Out 101

Moving out marks the end of your lease term and requires some preparation to ensure a smooth process. Residents are expected to vacate by the lease end date, remove all personal belongings, and leave the unit in clean condition. Detailed move-out instructions, including key return procedures and inspection guidelines, will be provided in advance. Following these steps helps avoid additional charges and ensures a seamless transition.

Transferring to a new space gives residents the opportunity to move into a different unit without fully moving out of the community. Prior to your transfer date, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to prepare your current unit, remove personal belongings, and return your keys. Once your old unit is inspected, you’ll be able to settle into your new space.
